Commentary
The women of AVAS told a tale of frustration, delay and triumph. They spoke of bureaucratic obstacles and abitrary deadlines met with determination, of meeting before midnight to break ground on their community self-build housing project in order to prevent it's cancelletion and how through the success of the project they found empowerment.
